Homemade Dog Food
I am mainly posting this here for my own reference but if anyone else is interested in making their own dog food, Awesome!
My dog has pretty bad allergies, and I recently saw a holistic vet because our regular vet was out of ideas and wanted to put our little Penny on a daily drug forever. The holistic vet said to feed her mustard greens, kale and beet green to sooth her hot spots and cantaloupe...

Spicy Moroccan Tomato Tagine
I had the most amazing breakfast at the Medina Cafe a few weeks ago in Vancouver. I have never made any moroccan dishes before but immediately I thought “I have to make this”. It’s a super simple, healthy and delicious meal! I’ve made this a few times since discovering this recipe and it makes a really great dinner. You can also add moroccan (Kefta) meatballs if you...

Indian Night!
I guess these cleanse recipes are more for my reference than anything else. I do the Wild Rose cleanse a few times a year so it’s good to know what worked and what didn’t.
Last night I made a delicious Indian dinner for the man and I. Indian is definitely the best way to go for the cleanse because it usually consists of fresh veggies, spices, and is most often vegetarian.

Hummus + Juice
So, not only am I crazy enough to try a 28 day Moksha yoga challenge but I figured it would be a good idea to make it even more challenging and simultaneously do the 12 day Wild Rose Detox as well. Obviously the yoga has gone to my head.
I’m on day 18 of the yoga and day 3 of the cleanse and thought I would share some recipes to help make 12 days of eating no sugar, flours, preservatives...
